They do not apologise when they don't put the domes on correctly so they come off in the ear. Rude and cheap scapes. Went in for spare domes, only 4 given. 2 changes. Didn't look up the computer records to see what sort just said- "take one out" didn't ask just demanded. Not happy with the service they provied.
