Totally disappointed with the lack of service at Amplifon Devonport. I’m a community carer and went in on behalf of an elderly client. There were two young men there who were UNABLE to help as they needed to have lunch together!!! It was suggested I come back at another time. Deplorable customer service which left my elderly client devastated.
