ALTI customises its training to meet the changing needs of the care industry. By working closely with aged care providers, training organisations and industry partners, we understand that, above all, employers want staff who are practically trained.

Over the years, aged care training has been tarnished by providers offering quick and so-called ‘self-paced’ training without any practical component before sending students to a work placement. Self-paced and online learning have a place for certain types of training, but we know from experience that this approach doesn’t prepare you adequately for working in a care environment.

We have developed a face-to-face workshop and workplace-based training model, which gives you the practical knowledge and skills you need to perform your role competently.

ALTI Training is approved to provide Ageing, Disability, Home and Community training programs. Our quality, client-focused programs are available to business clients, public students and individual employees, and is fully compliant with RTO regulations.
