Reviews

Awful customer service

Neni, 12 years ago

My experience with allphones I must say was a negative one which left a very bitter taste in my mouth. The lady that served me was arrogant, rude, inappropriate with her comments and most unprofessional! I will never set foot in there again. I am extremely upset with the way I was spoken to! I have sent a formal complaint to head office as well. Hope this is delt with in a more professional manner by head office. Neni
