Alloy Resources is an Australian based mineral exploration company with projects in Western Australia and New Zealand. Alloy's flagship project is the in Western Australia, with with 98, 700 ounces of defined Mineral Resources and a number of new, high-priority drilling targets. To ensure sufficient and timely expenditure the Company has entered into a Farmin Agreement with respected Western Australian gold miner and explorer Doray Minerals Limited. Doray is in the first year of a 2 year earn-in where it can earn 60% of the project by expenditure of $2 million. The Horse Well Gold Project covers 950 square kilometres and is located in the north-eastern goldfields that hosts a number of multi-million ounce gold projects such as the Wiluna, Jundee, Bronzewing and Darlot-Centenary gold mines. The Company has completed exploration programs over the last three years that have confirmed the high prospectivity of the project area and believes that all the signs are there for the a major new Australian Gold discovery. Active exploration by JV partner Doray is currently testing a number of high priority targets. Alloy's other project is the in New Zealand. This project is subject to an 80% Farm-in agreement with Pacific Mineral Resources Limited. The project contains a large ilmenite-zircon-gold accumulation on current and historical beach lines. The Company has entered into a Sale Agreement for its rights in the Project with Pacific which expires on 30 November 2014 and would see Alloy receive a cash consideration of $300, 000.
