I had a very disappointing and distressing experience with this towing company on 23rd October 2025. One of their staff members raised his voice at me during a phone call, and when I asked him not to yell and ended the call due to his inappropriate behaviour, things escalated further. After we made full payment for the towing fees, the staff tried to lock and block my vehicle inside their yard, preventing me from leaving. This behaviour was completely unprofessional and made me feel unsafe and intimidated. I would strongly caution others to be aware of how this company treats its customers. I hope management reviews this incident seriously and ensures no one else has to go through a similar experience.
