Okay not this situation is finalised let me give the full story and this will help people to decide if this is the type of company you want to deal with... in Feburary 2021 I was looking at furthering my knowlede and wanted to go into nursing education I spoke with a collegue and she said the minium is a certificate 4 in training and assessment. I went out seeking courses. I needed something flexable with my work, i also did not want to do it via distance or zoom. Tafe was good however the course seemed crammed and I wanted space inbetween lessons to process the information. There was cheaper options however they were via distance online learning so I chose allies security as it met my requirements. I double checked it was a counted course as I had a previous bad experience with a RTO where it was a "private course" and as a result didn't count for anything in the end. 22/02/2021 I recieved the first booklet 23/02/2021 I finished paying the $2495 as the instructor imran said I could pay it in installments over 2 weeks. 27/02/2021 I went to classes and had to watch this trainer tell us to copy and paste into the work booklet and go though it with us in the lesson. At one point I watched him pick on a student and threaten to fail her. I felt bad for her as this teacher was yelling and swearing and looked flustered and stressed as he tried to walk us through the booklet together. At some point I handed in the booklet an asked it to be double checked before I officially submit it. 19/03/2021 I recieved an email from the MTO group saying they were cutting ties with Allies security. I explained I had only just finished paying the full money and had given 1 asignment booklet to be looked at and had not oficially sumbitted it Around this time Imran claimed i passed to booklet and it was oficially submitted so I had to go with the MTO group and do the course via distance. He claime 2 former students who he had dismissed as they had plagerised had complained to the MTO group and as such he was no longer. In looking back the whole booklets were cut and paste so i am now more confused in rereading this email. It went back and forth a bit but the conclusion was Imran lied and claimed he gave $500 to the MTO group which was not true and only $250 was given. Imran tried to play on my empathic nature and state he was paying everyone and as such had no money so I agreed to a payment plan. He tried to tell me the MTO group was who had my money and i signed a contract and he was not responsible. This is wrong i tried my best to explain to him i gave my money to hom so I chase him and he is to chase them. At one point he mentiooned spending $20000 on this and was giving refunds to all students and now going to take a $50 000 loss. This made me feel I should try another way and came up with a payment plan. I even offered to help him through the Australian legal system but he was not going to keep 1 cent of my money. I was giving him updates as payments came through. 25/06/2021 I noticed payments had stopped at $1500. As it was he was trickling it through at $250 per fortnight. I had thought he would do this when he thought I had forgotten about it but didn't actually think he would. He restarted payments the following fortnight. 16/07/2021 He told me he was impacted due to the current lockdowns and the next payment woudl be 04/07/2021. I agreed as a nurse I know how difficult the pandemic has been. 08/07/2021 I followed up and he said due to the lockdown they were not running and as he promised i would not be out of pocket. I said okay no problem I will follow up with you as things change. He voiced he felt it unfair i was chasing him and not the MTO group I again explained how i paid him he pays me. he payed them he chases them but opbviously not listening to me. 26th september a person contacted me via facebook stating imran was up and runing and she had seen my emotes on the official facebook page. He scamed her nephew and kept half the white card costs and did not give the certificate. I looked to the facebook and found i was blocked. What i did find was I was lied to and as of July 31st Allies security was doing online zoom courses. I confornted Imran and he went on with how the business school let me down and from his perspective allies security treats clients with transparence and fairness. I am like what. He still owed $745 and had chosen to give me $245. I explained no I had been run around too long and he had untill COB on wednesday 29th to send over the remaining $500. I was fully prepaired with forms and a lawyer ready for launch on thursday when he came through and paid the remaining $500 by 7pm on wednesday. Alsong with an email that told me he hoped i would look over the emails and realise i was abusive. I wasnt i was very blunt and to the point. This took so much time and had i been softer or not been on him about it I have doubts I would have gotten my money. My advice is to not try and speak with him if you are waiting on money. immediatly lawyer up or go to fair trading as it is aparent he is dodgie and not doing his obligations as a RTO. This is a warning to all who use this company. Oh yeah and he tried to have this taken down as well but I gave all our correspondance to get it back up.
