Allied Medical Group continues to grow and is now a recognised leader in medical centre establishment and operation. Since its inception in January 2005, Allied Medical Group has expanded its current centres and added several new clinics to its group of quality centres. Allied Medical Group currently operates medical centres across Melbourne (Victoria), Brisbane (Queensland) and Adelaide (South Australia). There are other clinics due to open over the next 18 months. The model is to establish larger general practice sites with the capacity to provide excellent general practice care to a large local patient base. Doctors at the clinics choose to bulk bill most services under Medicare Australia. Extended-hour services are offered, and individual General Practitioners are encouraged to develop their own areas of interest and expertise. Allied Medical Group looks to develop a strong and beneficial working relationship with each individual doctor.
