We have just received handover of our new home built at Fraser Rise Victoria. Having a house built in Victoria can be very nerve wracking with so many builders going broke or the build not up to required standard. We live in Queensland and this makes it a little more worrying however we cannot more highly recommend to anyone Aldrich homes re the quality of their build, their communication, putting up with questions that we had with possible additions to the contract and just the time it took to build, we were in within 15 weeks. Right from the start the sales person Lou, then onto Charlize in charge of administration, then once the build started Alex the supervisor and finally Daniel the ops manager all were outstanding, and no I am not a relative. They really do take pride in the house construction and with their company. Many thanks , Jackie and Peter.
