Extremely disappointing. Commissioned them to do work 12 months ago. Everything they worked on had issues - leaking, not fitting correctly, shortcuts and blockages. They argued that all issues were not their fault and would make out that doing a favour by coming back to fix them. Do the work well in the first place and take pride in work.
