I was a customer for more than 10 years, I paid every year the full fees without argument for company and individual tax returns, however the balance sheet was always provided, they do a small job with the docs, but it was fine, I accepted all the time. I got this year an audit and asked the documents what I paid for. They did not provide full and properly what I asked but charged $180 for the "service". Auditor also found basic mistakes in my tax returns like paid salary was missing, etc. They did not ask even a sorry for their mistake but requested more money to fix their issues. Maybe because of my very bad behavior but I dared to complain that I do not agree the invoice that they issued, therefore Justin just sent me a short email that I'm basically kicked out and no more service provided by them. It is tremendously disappointing that after 10 years and paid 1000s of $ a company just do this with a long term customer.
