I had them back to remove 4 chipped tiles. 1 was covered in silicone so it was hard to tell. My toilet smelt like a sewer the sink leaked. Serg is not a licensed plumber but he does most of the plumbing. He is not an Licensed electrician but he does some electrical. I don’t know if he is a licensed builder but he does all the building and it is shocking. He reused the old door jam that had wood rot in it and I had to fill with bog. The window sill was slashed with a Stanley knife and it was cut with the knife to fit the tile in. The tiles were put in crooked so the pattern doesn’t match. He raised the floor so e wouldn’t have a step anymore and now the floor clicks when it is walked on so the tiles are going to crack soon. So I guess off to fair trading. I have photos for everything.
