Bought a brand new motorcycle from them, with heated grips and a centre stand. They didn't do the pre-delivery checklist they filled in, and as a result didn't notice the low front brake fluid or loose gear shifter. The grips were glued on so that the cables stick up in the air and block the use of the highbeam flash button, contrary to the manual. A month of excuses and weekly phone calls later, and they finally get the stand (but don't bother to tell me), only to abuse me for getting it serviced somewhere else, trying to imply that it would affect my warranty (illegal for them to say). They said they should charge me extra now as they claim it was to be fitted at first service. This wasn't discussed before price was agreed on or money changed hands, and I corrected the salesperson when she said it when I picked the bike up. They also abused me for not taking it back to them to get the gear lever fixed, even though I told them that the first thing I new about it was when the mechanic told me he'd fixed it. I guess they expected me to tell him to take it off again, and for me to ride it in an unsafe condition to their workshop. Eventually they stopped yelling and fitted the part I'd paid them to a month earlier. I wouldn't trust their workshop with anything, and the service was just terrible.

I found getting parts took a long time to come in n the lady who works behind the counter is rude snappy n no help at all even after looking in the book she still sold me the wrong brake pads the boys I found knowledgeable n friendly if u don't want to be offended steer well clear of the tall blonde chick she has no manners or PR skills at all
