All our lathes have live tooling capabilities C, X & Z as well as C, X, Z & Y. ACE Gate Hardware has a barrel zinc plating line on site. The zinc line can do both blue (silver) and gold finishes. REDUCE YOUR TRANSPORT COSTS: why not get all your machining and zinc plating done at the one site and under a single order number? ACE will happily quote on all your machining projects. We will consider both short production runs of a few hundred as well as long runs up into the thousands. We are happy to price ones and two offs also.
