I agree with Peter. But 1 star from me. Very slow with urgent matter. We are paying for services. Rhonda is quite rude and a very slow with bad attitude.

Quite prompt with responding and quick to ask for money. But very slow when it comes to returning urgent services. Staff are generally polite except for Rhonda. Rhonda is quite rude and slow with following up on urgent tasks that needs to be resolved.
