Absolute Pet Care is a family business. Our groomer, Ken Smith, has owned dogs all his life. He began working with and training dogs over thirty five years ago. After working as a groomer at Dog Lovers in Blackburn, Ken furthered his knowledge of grooming and canine care by completing a Certificate IV in Companion Animal Services (Specialising in Pet Grooming). Ken understands the requirements of all breeds, be they big or small. He can help you with advice about a variety of topics, including grooming, flea and pest control and treatment for skin and hair conditions. As well as grooming Ken is involved with training dogs, he is the Branch Manager of a local dog club. With his dog Kaiser, Ken has successfully competed in dog obedience trials and performed in demonstrations at community events and schools. With such a wealth of experience, Ken can offer suggestions about training your family dog.
