We have been in our current location since November 2003, initially as a small manufacturing business in the homewares market. But as times and conditions changed so did we, after considerable thought we entered the Aged Care and Mobility Equipment market in April 2008. In the business world it is considered more glamorous to say you are an importer or wholesaler, and although we are both these things as well, we like to say our core business is retailing because our primary customer service focus is satisfying the needs and comfort of the end user. We believe that from our time of order to supply to customer is amongst the best in the industry. Staff wise each day we get a little older and each day we share a little more empathy with our customers. We take advantage of industry training days when available. In addition spead across our staff skill set we have tertiary education qualifications, Occupational Therapy, Engineering, Electronics and Business. So we are both still learning and have some reasonable experience already. We find currently our biggest challenges are keeping pace with increased changes in the internet, also expanding ethnic, cutural, language diversity of the locations we service and of course keep abreast of medical advances.
