All our Epoxy Floors are prepared for coating in the best known way, and that is through the use of our concrete surface GRINDING. NOT SANDING, Not ACID washing in which all fall short of concrete grinding. We use stand up and hand grinders which make use of Captive Diamond Grinding, which is a form of blade on all our machines. Our typical price guide for a Flake Floor aka Epoxy flooring with the flake through it is $55 Per Sq/m, this is typically a 3-4 day process.

• Day 1: Floor Preparation + Seal coat 2 hours average for a double Garage
• Day 2: Base coat + Flake spread throughout 2 hours average for a double Garage
• Day 3: Scrape and sand to get rid of unwanted bits of flake + Seal Coat 30 minutes
• Day 3 or 4: Last Seal Coat 20 minutes
