At Abacus Taxation Services, we aspire to provide quality Accounting, Taxation, Business Advisory & Financing Services to our clients in a timely and efficient manner. Lisa started her Accounting career in 1993 as an undergraduate at a large firm in Brisbane's CBD. Gaining vast amounts of knowledge and experience in many different areas of Accounting she decided it was time to take the next step. In 1999 (just 26 years old), Lisa launched her own Accounting firm; Abacus Taxation Services. Lisa started the business as home based, visiting clients on a daily basis to discuss their business and catch up on the happenings in their lives. In 2003 her sister Vicki stepped in to help out with accounting, bookkeeping & administrative duties. As the years flew by Lisa's client base developed into a healthy business prompting the opening of our office in Springwood. As Abacus Taxation Services continued it's expansion and the workload continued to increase, Michelle joined the team in 2008 as an undergraduate Accountant. Now, a few years on she has completed a Bachelor of Commerce and is now an associate member of CPA Australia. Susan who has been with us since 2010 is our ATO liason officer. Most recently, Jessica has joined the team as the Office Manager.
