*****************************USER BEWARE*********************************** We called Universal Electrical on two separate times and were specific on the work we wanted quoted, fit 2 oyster lights and a 3 way light switch. We were quoted $75.00 call out fee and $55.00 per half hour. Once they had removed the lights they then turned around and said btw the cost of the job jumped to $210.00 for the first light and $165.00 to fit the second light plus the $75.00 call out fee. They also forgot to mention that the quotes were exclusive of GST so they added another 10% to the cost. We had no option but to accept the new quote ($495) because they had already removed the lights. They are the most deceitful company I have ever dealt with. First and last time they see my business and won’t be recommending them to my friends and family
