Be wary. I had a sliding security door in perfect condition other than it was occasionally coming off the top track (which Northview has installed some years before). Darryl arrived on site, loosened the top screws to lower the top track and was gone within 12 minutes. I was then invoiced $198.00 for the call out and 12 minutes work (no parts required). Do not use this service unless you get a firm written quote first.
