My husband bought a bouquet for my birthday. The flowers arrived the DAY BEFORE spoiling the impact. In addition the rose petal tips were browning and drying. It looks like they get the flowers from service stations or deli's. When I complained about the bouquets being delivered on the wrong day they just said " apologies should have been delivered tomorrow. Enjoy your day"- but that's NOT WHAT HE PAID FOR which was for them to arrive on the correct day. By my birthday they'll probably be ready to bin looking at the condition today. I can not recommend this service either for quality or professionalism
