Our Team of Butchers, with many years experience between them, select and prepare the highest quality meats ensuring optimal health benefits and no waste.
Our beef is tender yearling, under twelve months old. Our fish is delivered fresh from the market on Tuesday and Thursday afternoon, and if ordered 24 hrs beforehand will ensure you get your in-season fish of choice.
Gluten-free sausages, oven ready pastries and all crumbed products are made on premises. We can tell you the exact ingredients they’re made of. Our knowledge of nutrition and eye for quality assurance means that you don’t have to worry about good health.
