3CIR is a veteran-owned Australian recognition of prior learning (RPL) provider, founded in Brisbane in 2016 by Australian Army veterans. We help people turn their work, military and emergency services experience into nationally recognised qualifications. 3CIR is not an RTO: qualifications are issued by Asset College (RTO 31718) under a third-party arrangement.
