How we work
Quotes are given upfront over the phone and confirmed on site before we start, so nothing is introduced once the job is under way. Stain treatment for common organic marks such as coffee, wine and food is included, along with general sanitising and deodorising; pet urine treatment is quoted separately as an extra. Our work is backed by a 7-day guarantee — if something isn't right, tell us within 7 days and we'll come back.

Carpets cleaned by hot-water extraction are typically dry in 4 to 6 hours; the low-moisture dry-cleaning method is usually 1 to 2 hours.

Products
We clean with pH-neutral detergents from a range carrying the manufacturer's "environmentally preferable" classification — readily biodegradable surfactants, no solvents, and no added fragrances or dyes. Hot-water extraction pulls the solution back out rather than leaving residue behind.

Please note: this is a carpet, upholstery and hard-floor cleaning business. We do not offer general house cleaning (kitchens, bathrooms, windows or ovens), and furniture is not moved as part of the job.
