Scam, annoying sales person until sale was made, never received the wine. See they have been fined $200000 by ACCC, for unethical business. Appears to make no differences. ACCC needs to shut this operation down, , 4 years ago
Scam, annoying sale person keeps ringing until sale made. Charged my credit card. Wine never received. Appears ACCC fined Wine Group $200000 for unethical sale approach, however appears it makes no difference. ACCC should shut this site, business down. ACCC please take next step, guessing they never paid the fine!

Salesman "told" me that the Sauvignon Blanc was fruity and tasty. ( Factually it was bitter). As soon as I said I would buy a carton he quickly started shoving a red wine spiel at me. I wrote a complaint and I'm yet to hear back from them
I should not have responded to their "WOW Factor" pricing before I ordered. Very pushy salesperson, foolishly gave credit card details and have been charged twice. I have contacted Wine Group via website without satisfaction or refund. It's a scam no doubt.

Generally deal with Patrick Wines of the Coonawarra SA Suddenly get this call late Thursday from The Wine Group wanting to know what wine I wanted Guy was very pushy and did not accept the fact that I could not afford the large prices he was quoting . Finally I agreed to a smaller amount but on reflection and more investigation and what I was charged, so far without a receipt I am rather worried that I have done my money They dont answer any numbers listed
Was offered a great deal on the lowest price and ordered another case with the promise of free shipping, then get charged $80 for shipping!!! They are now not responding to my emails. Will now go to ACCC and next level - terrible, terrible experience!!

James is the love of my life and my hero, great wine great industry 🥰🍆🍑. just don't fall for his pyramid scheme. I did now I'm locked up in his cellar and managed to find an old laptop to wrote this on. 😡🤬

AWFUL BUSINESS! Spamming me with calls every day for months on end. I have blocked countless phone numbers.
I wouldn’t be surprised if this company is fraudulent as this is no way to attract customers and is borderline harassment. I would not trust them.
Made an order for $139 and they charge $159, go figure! These guys are sharks, stay away.

Awfull - havn't heard anything from them for two weeks since placing my odrer. Impossible to contact by phone or email. Will attempt to get the bank to stop the payment.

Like so many others I was quoted a special price and then a further reduction if I took all three of the 'last cartons in stock.' Unlike for some customers, the wine did arrive but the price charged to my credit card was twice as much as quoted for Whale Guide Sauvignon Blanc, Margaret River. Haven't tasted it yet. I have sent an email but doubt it will be read or responded to. They do not answer their telephone either.
