I too have fallen victim to these fraudsters. I feel so silly because I am usually very cautious. It's a very sophisticated scam. Everything about them is fake. No plants. No phone , no email--- just take your money and run. I have had to cancel my card and go through the process of getting a new one which takes a long time. The only consolation is that my order wasn't big. Caveat emptor!

A SCAM SITE Extremely clever cant tell its fake! Ordered Lots of plants 10th Feb 23 had great communication when putting in order and payment thats it NO PLANTS SENT NO COMMUNICATION after payment have tried every way possible to contact, 1 detail i noticed later when going through the 2 emails received at start was a small notation {located in CA California } found a phone number just constantly says unavailable ring later , found an address looked it up on google shows an old housing commission house! fake address ! has an ABN but it means nothing name on Au GOV Website for business ABNS has the name Caren Ellen Sutherland previously Caren Harrington address in South Australia I reported to Accc Au Gov scam site also NSW trading another reporting site about problem businesses dont know how to report to facebook or instagram as adds there as well I went to bank end April they are doing a reversal of funds has to be well over a month to place such a request with bank but will get my money after time Vera F.

I have had the same bad experience as others. Placed an order in February. Have recived nothing and no communication whatsoever! I have tried to contact them several times but haven't had any response.

Do not buy from these people unless you want to lose your money. They are scammers to the highest degree. They sent out half my order which were supposed to be medium sized plants. The other half of my order was missing. The plants i did get were just twigs with two leaves on them and they were diseased with rust. They said they refunded me the money from the missing items, but had not. They ignored my email. They then sent a refund through PayPal which ended up being declined due to insufficient funds. I asked for another refund and was ignored. I had to escalate a case through PayPal to get my money back. Many people are saying they are scammers and have lost their money. They won't let you leave negative feedback on their Facebook page. They remove it and they don't have any Google reviews to expose them. If my warning here helps one person, then my job here is done. Buyer beware.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!! THERE ARE A FAKE WEBSITE. YOU CAN NOT GET HOLD OF THEM IN FORM. FROM FACE BOOK, EMAIL OR EVEN WHITE PAGES. I PUT IN AN ORDER IN DEC. THE MONEY CAME OUT THE NECT DAY, THEN NOTHING! NO PLANTS, CONTACT, NOTHING. IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO GET HOLD OF THEM BUT THEY STILL POST ON FACEBOOOK WEEKLY. VERY, VERY ANYOING!!!! MY NAME IS ALISON, MY ORDER IS 3010. LOOK IN TO IT AND GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY YOU DESCUSTING PEOPLE!!!!!
