An absolutely wonderful, hassle free experience. Had 2 older Dell Alienware laptops that clearly had many issues (I am not very tech savvy). Upon contacting Nerdcore, the issues I was having with both laptops were listened to thoughtfully, notes/documentation occurred, a high degree of professionalism and being pleasant and polite despite a somewhat distressed potential client.
The technician (Nazeh) was awesome to deal with, and I hope the company and he receives my commendation of his work.
He took the time also to explain and educate me as well as provide me options, but also what he himself would do, which I greatly appreciated. All in all, an absolutely wonderful service, and one that I would not hesitate to recommend to family, friends, and everyone in general. Thank you again Nerdcore and Nazeh, if I have any further IT work to accomplish, I know precisely who, and at this stage ONLY who, I would contact. Cheers, Greg

My HP laptop needed repairs to a broken hinge, a cracked keyboard casing that had lifted away from the internal electrical components of the laptop, and a new power button that stopped working due to the damage. Called Nerdcore and met with Nick the same day, the laptop was fixed within a few days. Very happy with the service, and the pricing was very competitive. I would recommend Nerdcore to anyone needing repairs or who may be looking for a replacement laptop.

My IMac MacOS BigSur was running very very slowly and needed an urgent service as it was required for work. I discovered Nerdcore by doing a google search and found they serviced Mac computers in the inner Melbourne area. The computer was serviced faulty parts removed, and the computer was upgraded with what is double the memory - all on the same day. It was excellent service which I highly recommend.

My Lenovo SL500 wouldn't start - it's a 12 year old machine - took it to Nerdcore in Hughesdale and was impressed by the same day service of my machine which is now as good as new!

Absolutely fantastic service! I went to the original vendor for issues with my new laptop and they were completely unable / unwilling to help.
I logged a message with Nerdore, had a response in under an hour, dropped my computer off the next morning, and picked it up completely fixed the next day! All in all it took 48 hours from contacting the website to having my computer completely fixed! Amazing service, very competent and trustworthy and I can't recommend them highly enough! I'll definitely be coming back if I ever need help with a computer again and recommending them to all my friends and family.

Nerdcore updated my old MacBook Pro by replacing the old HDD with an SSD. There were some serious hardware issues but their perseverance saw the job completed quickly and at the quoted price. My MacBook Pro is now as good as new, but much quicker!

We had an old DOS program (yes DOS), that needed to be modified. I struggled to find anyone who knew anything about these old programs, let alone be willing to have a go at working with one. I had almost given up until I found Nerdcore and Nick agreed to take on the job. From the beginning, he was determined and committed, working through the program until he was able find the appropriate file and make the changes necessary. I can’t thank you enough Nick for dedicating so much time and effort on getting this very old, stubborn and troublesome program modified and working.
On support, knowledge, professionalism and customer service, I would highly recommend Nerdcore for any of your computer needs. And yes, even DOS!!!
