Do NOT Trust any of their mechanic here. They just simple said as please! Recently brought- in my FORD - Raptor due to a beeping light shown in my car turned out it just an Out of an air issue that can be pump in ANY Gas station but their mechanic said it was an Engine issue that resulted the beeping light so left them overhaul the whole engine instead. My GOD now my car can't even Start but the beeping light was Gone after i pump some air in the Gas station!!!

Poor customer services. Bring my car here Today for a pre-purchase inspection services at 11am but upon arrival got told off by the front desk staff turned out to be also, the Manager of this mycar and Tyre auto carousel branch : Why am i late since turned out they had book my appointment at 8am instead. My GOD.

The reception or i called - "front desk STAFF" is just astonishing in- terms of Rude , poor and Horror customer services!! Let alone , attitude!

My GOD the reception in this mycar and Tyre and auto in Carousel is just Rude and outstandingly arrogant! I called for an inspection Today 04/04 Friday a pre purchase inspection services and he told me to drop by at 11am as they are full book for the day but upon arrival the reception Jake or John ask who you are! We booked you at 8am but how come now you only came!! I was completely Stunned, shocked and speechless at that Exact moment I just Stoodby there and he started to ask who you speak with we only had your Appointment at 8 and that's the only appointment you had!! He even started CURSED out saying the fuc word that their system only had my appointment at 8am but now it's 11.30!! OH MY GOD!! OH MY GOD!!!

BAD Customer services coming from the front desk staff turned out to be a MANAGER!! Whine and complain me instead as the customer for coming late and on why turning up Late for my appointment!! THIS is Disgusting!! That's just SO...unprofessional and Horror in many ways. WHO is him to Judge as well anyway, another Big bad wolf MOUTH !!

the Front desk staff Manager are equally as Rude and rough as a meat Butcher market!! Came here for a car inspection services but instead got told off and Lectured for coming Late....instead! NO THANKS !!!

My DEAR GOD!!! The reception Staff Dude is just plain RUDE, Unreasonable and acting like he owned the Carousel Branch store like He's the Owner, the Boss & 100% Surely was in his period & had some anger management issues that need to be FIXED, as soon as possible!!!

The front desk guy was RUDE !! Never have i even experienced such Rudeness customer services from Third world countries.

The Reception just plain Rude!!! ~ even THIRD world Countries from where i FROM ain't even closed bein that RUDE , let alone pooor Customer services

My DEAR GOD! The reception Staff guy working here is just Unacceptably Rude and aggressive! Upon arrival Today at MY Appointment, he staring, Looking at me asked WHY ARE YOU HERE!!! WHO ARE YOU!!! When turned out they book me, my appointment at 8.30am but is the Buyer of my car the one who actually help me book my appointment and have yet to confirm as per mentioned in my WhatsApp messages End up I even show him the Proof of my phone call with them in my Phone for 5 to 8 minutes, Speaking on the PHONE with them!!! I remember I did call them and said Do you have any available appointment Today instead for my pre- purchase inspections of my Car and I remember this, They specifically said you can come at 11 as they are fully booked for the Rest of the time but end up... Disgusting!!

the Receptionist guy working here is the MOST Unethical Ignorant Staff member I ever experienced in a car servicing shop! Let alone he's not even Smart as he think he IS!!!

Oh my God OH MY GOD the reception in this mycar tire auto Carousel 6107 is Atrocious, Horror & Outstandingly RUDE!!! I called Today, 17/05 Tuesday for an inspections, a pre- purchase car inspections as my Friend wants to buy my car but request an Inspection being doing so and so when I called They said "you can drop by 11am Today" for the inspections as they are fully- booked for the rest of the day! Upon arrival at 11am, the receptionist, Jake , John or WHATEVER his name was asked Who are you!! We booked you at 8am! How come Now you Only came, which is around 11 by that time! I was completely Stuned, Blur and speechless at that Exact moment the only thing in my mind was- WHAT HAPPENED!!! Then he started asked Who do you speak with to come at 11? We only have your appointment at 8 and that's the ONLY appointment you got for the day! That's where he started to "Cursed around saying our system only have your phuc.KING appointment at 8 but NOW it's 11.30" !!! End up I even show him the proof of my phone call showing I spoke on the phone around 5-8 minutes with them! My DEAR GOD!!! The reception Staff Dude is just plain RUDE, Unreasonable and acting like he owned the Carousel branch store. He is the owner, the boss and 100% Sure had some serious anger management issues that needed to be- FIXED ASAP!!!
