These guys are professional and helpful. They always get back to you and nothing is too much trouble. I bought a HIEMT machine from them and I love it.

I wasn't sure about what to order for my new business. I called Beauty Equipment Direct and they really helped me with my direction. I ordered a couple of machines from them, they worked out a deal for me and they were terrific. The machines took a few days longer to get to me, but I think that was the courier company not Beauty Equipment Direct. Will go back to them again when I need more things.

I bought an fat freezing machine and an EMS machine from these guys. The staff are great, they call you back when they say they will and they deliver on what they tell you. The machines arrived pretty much exactly when I was told they would arrive and they are really good quality. I'm now on my body sculping business journey and I love it. Beauty Equipment Direct really came through for me. I highly recommend them.

Shocking company and products. Bought an LED machine which had a faulty button so couldn’t lower the time. Sent them a video of the faulty button. They asked me to take off the electrical panel to try and fix it. I refused and asked for a refund. I sent it back and they offered me 80% of the purchase price back and denied it was faulty. Absolute crooks - buyer beware

Horrible horrible company, and equipment is completely unsafe. Spent almost $10000 there and everything is absolutely rubbish. So many faults, and poor customer service.
