Dr Magdi Gindi is the most compassionate and caring doctor that I have ever been to. Normally bulk billing doctors give you very little time and do not listen to you, but honestly not Dr Gindi. Dr Gindi listens and he is so thorough. He won't let me walk out the door unless I am 100% satisfied. I will never see another doctor again. He has restored my faith in the profession.

Dr Gindi performed Smart lipo on my abdomen and sides about 5 weeks ago. I am so happy that I can now wear jeans with no muffin top hanging over. Thanks to Dr Gindi and his team including Bronwyn you have all been so great. I would not hesitate to recomend this proceedure.

SmartLipo procedure. Dr Gindi has been our GP for a few years and he has been the greatest Doctor to our family, ever. I also came to learn that Dr. Gindi performs not only a range of anti aging procedures, but SmartLipo!! I have thought about this procedure for years, and once I learned that Gindi does it, I didn’t have to think twice! I am by no means overweight but just couldn't budge this little pooch of a tummy due to two children. Dr Gindi made me feel extremely comfortable and trusting as he took the time to explain the process and the tools he would use. This made me feel very calm and comfortable with the procedure, as I quickly snapped up the next available appointment! On the day of the procedure, Dr. Gindi’s wife, Samia, was there for my support making me feel even more relaxed and I was confident that I was in good hands. I am now 6 weeks post op and I can't believe how easy it was. As to be expected, I was experiencing an aching pain but nothing that couldn’t be handled! Dr Gindi's handy work is AMAZING!!!! I have the flattest tummy ever. One of my friends was so impressed that she too has booked in and her mother next month. If you are thinking of this procedure, I can say I would do it all again through such a trustworthy, highly experienced man as Dr Gindi.

I had the contour thread lift done and I’m thrilled with the results. I went in with sagging and wrinkle problems on my whole face from my forehead down to my neck. In total I was having six areas (three on each side) corrected with the contour threads. Before I choose Dr.M Gindi I had done my homework with several other doctors. I choose Dr. Magdi Gindi because he was treating me like a human being and made no fun of me of my needle phobia. For years I was thinking to do this but the phobia hold me back. I think it’s important to go to a doctor/surgeon no matter how small the procedure. He explained more than I wanted to know about the whole process, showed me the threads and demonstrated how they would work by grabbing the skin from underneath. I was nervous about the procedure itself but his thoroughness, his skilled and professional approach made me feel a lot better. The actual procedure took a couple hours and required only local anesthesia. Afterwards I felt okay, maybe a little high from the anesthesia and being nervous, but I was.. I had almost no bruising and very little pain the weeks after. I’m thrilled with the results and it's very natural looking and less invasive than a facelift . It’s not as dramatic as a facelift but I didn’t want that - just something to help ease the effects of aging for a few years. You can’t see the threads through my skin and the only comments I get from people are positive (most of them think I have been sleeping better or am taking a new vitamin to look “rejuvenated”). If I had to do another procedure ,whatever it is I trust my life with him and his beautiful wife

I have been to a lot of cosmetic surgeries, here and overseas also. The services I had from Bayview clinic and specially from Dr. Gindi are very satisfying and very high professionalism in all the aspects. I was expecting and also ready to pay double what I have paid for the smartlipo procedure I had with Dr.Gindi. The results are excellent, I couldn't ask for more. Thank you

I can say that I am very particular about my health, always take good care of myself and exercised regularly. But, there were certain areas of fat that just wouldn't go and this was starting to affect myself. I started hating my body for all that fat deposits. After I heard about Bayview Clinic, I thought of putting a query. But the way, Dr Gindi handled my queries, I must say was too good. He had answers to all my questions and answered all my queries very promptly and to my complete satisfaction. I would like to thank Dr Gindi and the lovely lady at the Bayview Clinic for being supportive and helpful, I want to thank Samia. Samia You and Dr Gindi have been incredible since the very beginning and it just shows what a fantastic service you provide. All I can say is God bless Dr Gindi and his wife Samia for all that they did for me!!!! I have started loving myself again!!!!

I’m immensely impressed with the service I have received at Bayview Clinic. I was never treated with so much care and attention as I was at Bayview Clinic. At other clinics I was never asked to return for a follow up treatment and this is what makes all the difference when (it) comes to Customer Service. My first contact with Bayview Clinic over the phone with Samia was amazing. She is very understanding and extremely helpful with my enquiries. At my first visit, it was like I knew Dr Gindi and Samia for a long time, I felt so comfortable! They made me feel like I was the only patient at Bayview Clinic…Their attention to details and his knowledge and charisma was just unbelievable! For me finding a Dr to stick with was hard work, I had been through them all, but It wasnt till i first met Dr Gindi and knew instantly that this would be my DR for life. He has created a Cosmetic/Doctors clinic above all the rest. The great thing about him is whether its his wife Samia or himself, he deals with clients on a level where you feel like family; he tells his honest opinion and exceeds any expectations. i honestly have to say that my family and i could not be any more happier to have found Dr Gindi & his medical expertise. He will make u feel and look a trillion dollars whether it's a routine check up appointment or a cosmetic procedure. With him his customers overall well being come first and to have that awesome one-on-one relationship is priceless to me.
