Update - I heard from the seller and he told me he rang the post office and they told him that my parcel has left the post office but they don't know where it went as it has not been scanned into another location, they should take more responsibility as it is their job to know where the parcels go to

I splashed out $730 on a laptop on Wednesday, even paid for express post, it’s now Saturday and it’s still in transit at this post office, seriously, COVID maybe a problem but I still always get my parcels on time, so start working harder.

Bad good at all, my parcel arrived to this post office last Wednesday. Up to now that parcel still here not yet processed. This parcel is express. I hope that food inside is still edible when they deliver. Hopefully

Same experience as others - DHL are actually helpful whereas Aust Post employees I could get better answers off a goat. Takes 1 day to travel from China to Australia but 7 days from Sunshine Aust Post distribution centre to the post office down the road? Seriously! Get your ACT TOGETHER AUSTRALIA POST.

Posted a parcel from Kinscliff NSW 7th October and it's been to Underwood Qld then to Sunshine West (stayed there for 5 business days) then to Underwood Qld (stayed there for 3 days) then to Sunshine west where it arrived today 21st October. Hoping for a delivery tomorrow 22nd if anyone in Sunshine West can read English!! So far they have blamed the delay due to Christmas. I advised them that Christmas is 2 months away. So, looks like you need to post a parcel 2 months prior to Christmas if you want it delivered in 2 months from the posting date. No wonder Australia Post is bankrupt!! The Commonwealth Government should pay someone to take off Australia Post off their hands. A courier service would have delivered this parcel from Kingscliff to Highton Victoria within 3 days.

A parcel sent via DHL was delivered from Melbourne airport to Sunshine West postoffice on FRiday 21st. no futher tracking was avialble and it is now 24th. Contacted DHL this afternoon who were able to track better than the Australia Post employee I sopke to beforte calling DHL. It appears the parcel was sent back to DHL as a non-delivery! No attempt was made to deliver it!!!!DHL have now sent it back to Australia Post at Sunshine West and DHL tell me that I should receive it tomorrow. The Australia Post call centre is of course closed so I cannot speak to anyone in authority for an explanation why the parcel was sent back to DHL. I am gob smacked at this level of incompetence!
