WA Rental Services are able to undertake your Routine Inspection reports. Real estate property managers who have a well managed rent roll will perform a routine inspection once every three months and by doing so will keep the owner updated on the property and reduce the risk of any issues escalating during the course of a tenancy. Ingoing property condition report (PCRs) for 1,2,3,4 and 5 bedroom residential properties.

Outgoing Property Condition Reports (Final PCRs) are rental property inspections that are carried out after a tenant has vacated a property. The inspector must be provided with a copy of the original ingoing PCR. Any discrepancies between the details provided in the original PCR to the current condition of the property would be noted in the Final PCR. Photographs of these discrepancies will also be provided.
