It has multiple adjustment options to suit many different body shapes. It is a firm yet adaptable pillow. For a softer feel simply take out the foam 'noodles' that are positioned within the channels in the pillow's surface. The Complete Sleeprrr Blue Memory Gel Foam is another option for those that like a very soft contour, a cooler sleep due to the gel infused foam and/or are tummy sleepers.
