Outside it is sheathed in ultra tough nylon ensuring the rope won’t fray or drop fibres on your gym floor. Capping it off Unique to Iron Edge are the short steel end caps. If you’ve had experience with frayed ropes you will know why we’ve gone to this trouble. The short caps are attached by a bolt through the centre of the rope, eliminating the chance of the end cap sliding off when the rope is under duress.

Iron Edge Power Bags are made from ‘Nylon Cordura’ and sealed with double nylon stitching. This is the same material that covers the Kevlar in a flak jacket. It’s the toughest material going around and will not stretch, tear or break. The weight can be adjusted easily either adding or removing the 2 inner bags, all also made from nylon cordura and sealed with a doubled Velcro closure to prevent leakage. These inner bags are considerably smaller than the Power Bag’s exterior, which makes for maximum sand instability. Sand can also be filled within the bag itself.
