Since completing his studies he has further pursued his special interests in Homeopathy, Genetic Health and Digestion and Detoxification Essentials. Why did Peter become a Naturopath? His passion for Naturopathy grew out of frustration in managing his own asthma and allergic conditions. As a young man Peter always had a strong affinity for natural health, alternative medicine and esoteric modalities. Growing up under a very different example, far removed from the lifestyle he knew was the way to freedom from his ailments, Peter made the decision to change his stars and study his secret passion. Prior to his studies, Pete knew of the benefits of following a healthy lifestyle and improving health through simple steps in nutrition and lifestyle. With his ongoing research, education and clinical experience Peter is keen to help people understand the importance of nutrition, exercise and relaxation as vital components to maintaining good overall health and improved vitality and longevity. Peter shares the importance of a healthy diet and lifestyle to support general good health and reduce the processes that cause chronic disease states such as arthritis, metabolic syndrome, coronary disease, osteoporosis, diabetes and insulin resistance, cancer, dementia, allergies and food intolerances, stress, skin problems, menopause symptoms, methylation issues, etc. An appointment with Peter Balogh ND Peter puts together his skills of complete health appraisals, functional testing, and dietary analysis to seek the cause of disease at base level and to help his clients achieve their optimum wellness.
