Our CO2 lasers are capable of cutting and/or etching a wide range of materials. Whether it is a one-off project or a production run, no job is too small.

Not only do we offer a packaging design service, we are also the Australian and New Zealand agent for the CAD software we use. The software includes a library of standard designs that are ready to create, along with all the CAD tools required should you wish to create your own design. The design can also be folded in the 3D module complete with artwork and output as a 3D PDF.

Carton Concepts offers a packaging design service for one-off designs or on-going contracts. With over 20 years experience, we can produce designs for folding carton, corrugated box, POS display or even structural materials such a X-Board. Physical prototypes can be produced in-house, or we can supply interactive 3D electronic proofs and step-by-step assembly sheets.

Carton Concepts is the Australian agent for the Aristo CNC Flatbed Knife Cutting Machines. Manufactured in Germany, the Aristo cutters are extremely robust production machines that are suitable for gasket cutting, digital print finishing, signage, textiles, POS display production or packaging prototyping and short run production.
