ALSEAL Fire Rated MS Sealant is a single-component, moisture-curing sealant based on advanced MS Polymer technology that provides movement capability in fire rated joint applications. It is compliant with fire rating specification of BS EN 1366-4:2021. It can be painted over with common industrial paints; sealant bead will not shrink after cured; and the isocyanate-free formulation makes it possible to work on damp surfaces and will not have air bubbling issue. Even without primer, adhesion on various substrates is excellent. It is a green sealant formulated to meet the low VOC regulation.

AS-2507 Epoxy Moisture Barrier is a solvent-free, two-component epoxy moisture barrier that is specially formulated to form a protective coating against both moisture and vapour on flooring foundations. It has excellent adhesion and prepares the surface for subsequent flooring adhesives.

ALSEAL Bathroom & Sanitary Sealant is a one component, mildew-resistant, 100% neutral-cure silicone sealant formulated for applications in areas with high humidity and temperature. The fungal resistance property of this sealant has been tested against ASTM G21-02 and found to have a strong fungistatic effect. It will cure to form a durable, flexible, waterproof seal on most common wet area building materials. It is tested to have a low VOC content, in compliance to the SCAQMD Rule 1168 (Adhesive and Sealant Applications).

ALSEAL MS Flooring Adhesive is an eco-friendly wood flooring adhesive formulated with advanced MS Polymer technology, eliminating common problems associated with traditional polyurethane adhesives. It cures on exposure to atmospheric moisture, and quickly forms a tenacious but elastic bond on wood flooring and wall decorative materials. When cured, it is waterproof and is not adversely affected by exposure to moisture or water. Its elastic characteristic allows the wood floor to expand and contract without adhesion failures. The adhesive can be trowelled easily. Its non-slump formula enables notched trowel ridges to hold firm, bridging gaps between wood flooring and sub floor and reducing floor hollowness problem. Since it does not contain water or solvent, it will not cause dimensional changes in wood. It is also safe because it does not contain hazardous materials like isocyanate, and has a very low VOC content.

ALSEAL MS Construction Sealant is a single-component, high-performance hybrid sealant based on advanced MS Polymer technology. It is formulated to meet the stringent requirements of various joint sealing applications. Unlike Polyurethane sealants, its weathering resistance property is much better, therefore it has longer service lifetime. Also, its solvent-less and isocyanate-free formulation ensures that the cured sealant will not shrink or have bubbling issues. It is also free of silicone oil, minimising building aesthetic issues caused by oil-staining and dirt-streaking problems often associated with silicone sealants. The adhesion of the sealant on a wide variety of substrates is great, and it is paintable with most types of common industrial paints.
