If you are BUYING we will:
• Review and advise on the Contract
• Conduct negotiations with the seller on terms of the Contract
• Exchange Contracts with the seller
• Make appropriate enquiries to ensure there are no issues with the property
• Liaise with your lender
• Obtain searches required for settlement
• Book settlement with the lender
• Prepare settlement figures so you know who and how much is paid
• Attend settlement
If you are SELLING we will:
• Obtain all information and documentation required to prepare the Contract
• Take your instructions and draft the Contract
• Submit a copy of the Contract to you and your Real Estate Agent
• Conduct negotiations with the buyer on terms of the Contract
• Exchange Contracts with the buyer
• Respond to requests and other enquiries from the Buyer
• Liaise with your lender regarding discharge of mortgage
• Attend settlement
