Polycarbonate

Higher impact rating than acrylic but will scratch much easier due to softer compound. AR2 or Abrasive Resistant has a coating which reduces scratching.

Common brand names are Lexan or Makrolon. Available in clear, grey tint, opal and obscure. AR2 clear - Abrasive resistant which has coating on both sides to reduce scratching.
