The Pizzaioli is our *very* Italian-style pizza oven! While all of our wood-fired pizza ovens are brilliant, the Pizzaioli is our most authentic model and is ideal for true Italian-style pizza (in just 90 seconds!). It has a wider opening and lower dome that conducts heat directly to the oven floor. Our best-selling Pizzaioli model and the Buena Ventura are the most traditional of our wood-fired pizza ovens. But these ovens aren’t just for pizzas! They can cook anything your conventional oven can… and it’ll taste even better.
