Tamari is a wheat free soy sauce that was traditionally a by-product from soybean miso while fermenting. Coming from the Aichi Prefecture, Tamari is slightly thicker in texture and richer in flavour and colour with a great aroma. In Japan, Tamari is often used for as a dipping sauce, for teriyaki and stir fries. We have 3 Tamaris in our range; Organic, Genuine and Salt Reduced Tamari and is naturally fermented in cedar kegs for 18 months. Enjoy as an everyday soy sauce in all styles of cooking.
