Ideally suited for bush and shrub seeds harvesting. Also suited to vacuum seeds onto containers or onto pre cleaner. Will vacuum seeds from 10 or more meters. Vacuum Harvester The New and Improved Rotary Pre Cleaner is an ideal machine to carry out a preselection of seeds in the field reducing the amount of trash taken back to warehouse. Equipped with removable and selectable size screens, can quickly pre select all varieties of seeds. Self Driven by a small Petrol Motor. It is also suited for in warehouse cleaning. Electric Motor Driven also available. Rotary Pre-Cleaner Seed Processing The Aluminium Sieves are a Modular and Stackable design. Light weight aluminium and stainless steel mesh construction. Solid aluminium base pan also available. Can be fitted with mesh from 150 microns up to 15 mm. Standard set (6) is fitted with 2,3,4,5,7,11 mm mesh. Hand Sieves The S200 Thresher is ideally suited for all small seed threshing. It has removable screens to suit a variety of seed sizes. Seed Thresher The New 2005 Thresher is an improved design, ideally suited for threshing all kinds of seeds including grains and grasses. Equipped with removable and opening screens, it allows dry chaff to be cleared off the chamber and onto the cyclone. It is also fitted with clear covers to observe the actual threshing action and better control the whole process Seed Thresher 2005 The De-Huller Scarifier operates on the principle of one fix disc and one rotating disc. They work by adjusting the gap between discs to suit the seed to be De-Hulled. Works extremely good removing the hull of Soy Beans and other hard coated seeds. It has 4 speed settings via multiple pulleys and V Belt driven. There is a choice of Diamond Coated or Abrasive Discs with different grits to suit seed varieties The Clipper style Seed Cleaner works with an electromagnetic shaker motor that transmits fine oscillations onto the screens. The screens can be set to different sizes to suit seed being cleaned. Fully adjustable on both oscillations and fan speed, it is suitable for all kinds of seeds. Ideal machine for research and low output seed production. Seed Cleaner An extremely versatile unit, the Scarifier is equipped with 4 scarifying double sided discs whose grinding grit can be chosen to suit the seed type. It will come with 36 or 48 grit standard. Also it has 4 speed settings via 4step pulleys, again to adjust the speed to the seed being processed. Seed Scarifier The vacuum Separator is simple and economical way to clean by aspiration, impurities from seeds. Ideally suited for small seeds and grains, will get cleanliness up to 100 % purity. Ideally suited for quality and quantity testing. Can be fitted with continuous flow attachment for larger samples. Portable-Free standing or wall mounted. Infinite suction adjustments via flow restriction and fan speed Vacuum Separator A very fast and economic kit to treat seeds prior to storage. Using the right kind of bags, seeds can be preserved safely by CO2 treating them. Very economically price as well.
