In the early days we called this “Mean and Green” which was of great interest at the farmers markets. This jalapeño sauce with its distinctive greenish colour is a hot, tangy, slightly sweet and smoky sauce. It is amazing on burgers, and as a side dish for your meals. Goes well with a lot of Indi-Asian foods such as samosas, curry puffs and money bags. Perfect on hot-dogs with cheese.
