Fleet phospho soda 45ml contains a high amount of sodium content of 5g in each 45ml. It is a solution that is taken through mouth and it works by producing bowel motions thereby cleaning the bowels. Some frequent liquid stool can be expected. Usage Instructions-Start taking Fleet phospho soda one day before getting admitted to the hospital. It should not be taken on a fully empty stomach. Try taking it with normal water. Drink as much clear liquid as possible to replace the fluids lost during bowel movements.
