Domoso Roll-On is a topical anti-inflammatory and analgesic roll-on gel that contains 90% medical grade dimethyl sulfoxide. It helps to reduce acute edoema caused by injury or trauma in horses and dogs. It increases percutaneous absorption of several substances by modifying skin permeability; it also has strong anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties. It contains anti-inflammatory qualities, acts as a free radical scavenger, and helps chemicals move through mucous membranes and the skin. How does it work? The active constituent present in Domoso Roll-On is Dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO), an oxidation product of dimethyl sulfide, is an exceptional solvent possessing a number of commercial uses. DMSO slows or blocks conduction of impulses along nerve cells, which in effect reduces pain from musculoskeletal injuries, postoperative incisions and other sources.
