With a mix of Guatemalan, Mexican and PNG green beans, we think you'll love how we've roasted this blend. Awesome for non milky coffees as it has low acidity (no more heavy acid effects for those with an acid stomach!) and with its sweet overtones it is the perfect natural espresso Coffee. My personal perfect espresso is with milk and one sugar, but this blend I leave the sugar in the caddy and its peeerrffeecctt!!
Flavour notes: Think of a warm and creamy sticky date pudding (low acidity) Profile: Awesome in cold brews and black Coffees as the sweetness and low acidity gives it a very creamy profile with no acidity and a slight punch of dates. Blend: Mexican, Guatemalan, PNG We think you'll find our "Sticky Date Pudding" inspired coffee roast as amazing as we found it during our tasting sessions. With its low acidity and bold flavours it has a good stable character that will complete any espresso recipe, with or without milk. This is our flagship blend of roasted Coffee and we're very proud of it! Our initial brief was to create a roasted Coffee flavour profile based on a sticky date pudding coffee flavour in a cup. We've certainly hit the nail on the head and it certainly ticked all the boxes on our tasting session!
