There is inherent flexibility in make up of the team, to match the level of threat and degree of difficulty of the assignment. The level of security is often restricted by the cost associated with the provision of this service. Prices are negotiated on a case by case basis.
Close Protection Teams are either made up of bodyguards, or a composite layered security team made up of various qualified staff including bodyguards, uniform or plain clothes security, specialist vehicle or boat drivers, Intelligence Operatives and Surveillance specialists. Their primary function is the protection of a client or group of clients. The bodyguards focus will always be the protection of his or her assigned client.
