Our vinyl is mold and mildew resistant, UV resistant, fire resistant, waterproof, tear resistant and includes a blockout to reflect heat and keep your annexe cooler.
We also make a shade cloth annexe for those travelers who don't require a completely weatherproof extension but need a shady retreat to enjoy.
Our quality vinyl caravan annexes are custom designed to the customers individual needs and come with 2 fully screened doors and 4 large fully screened windows and a skirt in either breeze-mesh, to keep out insects or vinyl, to keep out the cold. Prices vary dependent on the size annexe required but start at $3000.00 AUD. We also offer a cheaper option for clients requiring only relief from the tropical heat with our shade cloth annexes. Designed to be either completely zipped shut or pegged out with extendable tent poles, these annexes can provide both an extra room or a large undercover shade area. The shade cloth annexes retail from $1300 AUD including a draught skirt and GST.
