Bathroom Renovations are our specialty! Our owner Dave Mitchell has been building bathrooms since he was a little boy. Dave’s father had a bathroom renovation business for 30 years, many of his school holidays were spent either on the jack hammer ripping out an old bathroom, or fitting a nice new vanity into a newly completed one. Dave did his apprenticeship under his father as did his two brothers, so from a very young age has gained a lot of experience and knowledge through hundreds of renovations to help you achieve your ultimate dream bathroom. Currently Dave is studying his Advanced Diploma in Building and Construction with Master Builders Association. Bathroom Renovations are quite involved and are a specialist area, we have saved many people from disaster over the years who thought they could do it themselves, but ended up finding themselves in trouble. Bayview Renovations are the best in the business when it comes to bathroom renovations, we have done hundreds of jobs ranging from $3,000 right through to $75,000 and we really know our trade. Keeping things normal Bathroom Renovations are extremely dusty and one thing that tradies sometimes don’t quite understand is that you want to live as normal as possible in your home while it’s being renovated. During renovations we’ll use dust extractors when necessary and plenty of drop sheets to keep the disruption to a level that is comfortable for your life at home. We don’t think that you should have to clean up after us either – so everything is left as clean and tidy as possible, not just when the job’s done, but each and every day until completion. Design At Bayview Renovations our approach is to give people as much or as little help with design as you need. If you don’t know where to start, that’s ok we do plenty of stunning bathrooms. We can give you some ideas that you might never have considered, plus we will even draw up the plans as well. If you know exactly what you want, that’s fine too we will just quote on what you would like. If you have a bit of an idea but don’t quite know how to finish it off – that’s our favourite situation, we will pinch a few concepts from previous jobs to help tie up the loose ends and deliver just what you were hoping for, but couldn’t quite imagine.
